Our Founding Principles
Our story starts with the gathering of a group of women looking to support each other.
The AAPI Female Founder Foundation (F3) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2023 with the aim of supporting Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women entrepreneurs. The organization provides a range of services to help AAPI women succeed in the world of entrepreneurship, including education, mentorship, and access to capital.
AAPI women entrepreneurs often face unique challenges when starting and growing their businesses, including a lack of access to funding and a lack of representation in the startup ecosystem. F3 aims to address these challenges by providing resources and support to AAPI women entrepreneurs, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
